Lumber Puller (Full Time)
Responsibilities:
-
Sort and pull lumber from the line based on grade, size, and quality
-
Stack and bundle lumber according to specifications
-
Assist with loading/unloading as needed
-
Maintain a clean, safe work environment
Qualifications:
-
Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
-
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
-
Comfortable working in varying weather conditions and on your feet
-
Experience in lumber or construction preferred but not required

Lumber Grader (Full Time)
Responsibilities:
-
Inspect boards for defects, damage, moisture levels, and grade accuracy
-
Ensure each piece meets company and customer quality standards
-
Record data and communicate with sawmill or processing teams
-
Help maintain safety and efficiency in the yard
Qualifications:
-
Knowledge of lumber grades and wood characteristics (NHLA Certified Preferred)
-
Excellent observational skills

Reliable and self-motivated
-
Previous experience in lumber inspection a plus

Office Assistant (Part Time)
Responsibilities:
-
Greet and assist visitors, vendors, and employees in a courteous professional manner.
-
Manage incoming calls and direct inquiries to appropriate personnel.
-
Maintain reception area cleanliness and organization.
-
Provide administrative support to staff as needed.
-
Assist with document preparation, data entry, correspondence, filing, project support, employee communications and maintain accurate electronic and manual records.
-
Enter and verify daily checks and credit card receipts for internal audits.
-
Support Accounts Payable and Receivable processes, including PO creation, vendor setup, and invoice coding.
Qualifications:
-
High school diploma or equivalent.
-
2+ years of experience in a receptionist, administrative, or executive assistant role.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and cloud-based platforms.
-
Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
-
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Saw Filer (Full Time)
Responsibilities:
-
Follow all safety protocols and procedures and contribute to a clean, organized filing room.
-
Inspect, sharpen, repair, and align band saws, circular saws, and other cutting tools.
-
Perform regular maintenance on saw guides, saws, and filing equipment.
-
Maintain saw performance for accurate lumber thickness and surface quality.
-
Monitor tool usage to detect wear and anticipate repairs or replacements.
-
Work closely with sawmill production teams to minimize downtime and maximize output.
Qualifications:
-
Previous experience as a saw filer in a sawmill or related industry preferred.
-
Strong knowledge of band saws, circular saws, and filing equipment.
-
Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and measurements.
-
Mechanical aptitude with strong attention to detail.
-
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-
Commitment to workplace safety and operational excellence.
-
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, bend, and stand for long periods. Manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination. Comfortable working in an industrial environment.

Truck Driver (Full Time)
Responsibilities:
-
Current Class A CDL is required.

Follow all safety regulations and company guidelines.

Local daily routes transporting lumber from mill to local customers.

Must be able to operate tractor/trailer on uneven and challenging roads.

Complete daily route paperwork.
-
Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections of truck and trailer.
-
Full time position, flexible hours.
Qualifications:
-
Current drivers license with clean driving record
-
Current Class A CDL license
-
Previous driving experience preferred.
-
Team oriented with good communication skills.
-
Basic writing skills to complete daily paperwork.

Self-motivated.
